First thing to do is make sure you can print from something outside of Eldermark, like Word or some other program that isn't related to Eldermark. If this works, the next step will be to make sure you're using TSPrint and that the TSPrint client is installed on your computer. You can download and install that from this website (http://www.eldermark.com/files). If you've installed TSPrint, but still cannot print, proceed to call Eldermark support.
